Six Buildings, Six Logins, One Missed Outage
Budapest

An operations lead at a property management company in Budapest started every workday the same way: logging into six separate vendor dashboards, across three different camera and access-control brands, just to confirm that all six condominium associations under her management still had working cameras and a functioning gate.
The routine had grown out of necessity, not design. Each building had been fitted out by whichever vendor happened to win that particular installation, years apart, and nobody had ever consolidated them. The system finally broke down the morning she discovered one building's gate camera had been offline for two full days, because the login for that vendor's app had been assigned to a staff member who had since left the company, and nobody had noticed the gap. She didn't want six vendor relationships, six invoices arriving on different days, or six different levels of responsiveness depending on which company happened to answer the phone. She wanted one login, one view, and one bill, and asked around for a company that could actually do that.
AION migrated all six associations onto a single UniFi-managed portfolio, consolidating every building's cameras, access control, and network hardware under one unified dashboard and one monthly retainer covering all six sites together. Where legacy hardware was still reliable, AION integrated it instead of replacing it outright, which kept the transition cost-effective.
The operations lead now completes her entire morning check across all six buildings from one screen, in the time it used to take for just one, and a missed outage like the one that started this project hasn't happened again. AION still manages the portfolio under the single consolidated agreement, and adds new associations to the same dashboard as the company's management contract grows.
