A Partner From the First Drawing
Szeged

An architecture studio in Szeged had built its reputation on residential and boutique commercial projects, but its technical scope had always stopped at the drawings.
When a client asked the studio to also recommend the building's security and access systems, the architects found themselves fielding vendor calls, comparing camera specs, and trying to guess which systems would still be supported in five years — none of which was their expertise, and all of which risked reflecting poorly on a project they had designed with such care. They needed a technical partner who could work from their drawings, respect the building's design intent, and take full responsibility for a system that would outlast the construction phase. They were introduced to AION Networks.
AION reviewed the studio's architectural plans early, before walls were closed, and proposed a security, access, and network layer that followed the building's actual circulation and sightlines rather than a generic checklist. Conduit and device placement were coordinated directly with the studio's technical drawings, keeping every camera, reader, and panel where the design intended it to be — visible only when it needed to be.
The studio was relieved to hand off a domain outside their expertise to a partner who treated the architecture as the starting point, not an afterthought. AION has since become the studio's standing recommendation for building technology on new projects, coordinating directly with their design team from concept through handover.
